Posted by onemouthband in : Randomnimity , trackbackLast Saturday was the opening of the new musical about the invasion of Iraq, “By George, It’s War!“. Sam Rogers and the eight other singing and dancing activists in the cast were happy with their performance and the standing-room-only turnout! The crowd laughed, cried, and rose for a standing ovation when it was over!
Many people in the audience spoke of their tears in Sam’s “Peace March” scene, as well as the sweet and funny duet “I’m So Dumb Around You” between Sam and another cast member in Act Two. Sam also made an appearance as The One Mouth Band, debuting his new song “You Got a Voice” in funky splendor.
