One Mouth Band solo concert & benefit 10/15 September 20, 2005

This concert will showcase some of Sam’s new live-looping material, and will be recorded for use as part of his upcoming “100% Organic Human Music” album.
The show starts at 8PM, tickets are $8, with half of the proceeds going to the recent hurricane victims. Click here for directions.
One Mouth Band meets The Looping Challenge September 13, 2005

If you can miraculously set up and sound check your looping machine in the time it takes a guitarist to do the same, then you may use it here. Otherwise, I don’t want to see you approach the stage with it.
Within 30-seconds, the One Mouth Band gracefully set up his Echoplex, power cord, patch cord, pedals, and performed a quick line check. Then after performing two pieces (”Can’t Stop The Rain” & “I Wanna Take U Higher“) , and tearing down just as quickly, it was declared that he had indeed met The Looping Challenge. And rocked pretty hard in the process…
One Mouth Band @ "Recover your Life" Concert September 6, 2005

In addition to 45-minutes worth of One Mouth Band music (including 4 live-looping songs), this event will include informational tables on recovery resources available in the county, kids games, BBQ food available, voices in recovery, brief statements from public/elected officials, and plenty of other musical entertainment and live performance art.

This free event lasts from 1-5PM and will also feature The Bonnie Hayes Band and local rocker-kids The Panics. Great music, beautiful weather, friendly folks, and free admission!
The Irrationals @ Point Richmond Music Festival 9/10 September 2, 2005
Posted by onemouthband in : Music, The Irrationals , add a commentIt’s Richmond’s 100th birthday, and on Saturday from 11AM-8:30PM Point Richmond will be full of diverse music, art, food, kids games, and a classic car show for the 2005 Point Richmond Music Festival! The Irrationals are very happy to join performers like Jimmy McCracklin (blues legend), Norma Blase (brazilian), Jeb Brady (blues), Jug Free America (jug/reggae), The Stairwell Sisters (bluegrass), Lava (latin), The Class Act (classical), 360 (hip-hop), Two Feet Tall (jazz), and many more at this free event.
The Irrationals are on the main stage (behind Baltic Square) from 2:45-3:30PM. A sampler CD will be sold to commemorate the event which includes “Bein’ Mean To Me” by The Irrationals. Special note: Sam’s long-time girlfriend Mary Keydash will be substituting for out-of-town Irrational Linda Sanderson. What fun!
